We Believe Shooting Sports are an outstanding way to provide personal growth and development opportunities for kids. Introducing safe and responsible use of firearms and archery equipment provides valuable vocational and life-long recreational opportunities.
Collin County Field & Stream 4-H Club offers a comprehensive 4-H shooting sports program for those youth interested in any of the shooting disciplines. The disciplines offered include archery, smallbore rifle (.22), smallbore pistol (.22), air rifle, air pistol, BB gun, shotgun, muzzleloading, and hunting and wildlife education. Shooters at all skill levels (beginner through advanced) are welcome to participate in our program. Participants are also encouraged to compete at any of many different competitive events offered around the state in the various 4-H shooting disciplines.
We also offer two additional 4-H programs: Hunting & Wildlife, and Sportfishing.
Click on the menu tabs to learn more about each of the individual programs offered through our club. Our up-to-date practice and meeting schedule is located on the “Calendar” tab of this website.
